Due to staffing and budgetary limitations, CLAS Linux Group must restrict its support of hardware to a few types of equipment. Supported equipment is comprised of:

• Workstations manufactured by Dell Computer, capable of running the version(s) of Linux that the CLAS Linux Group currently supports.
• Workstations manufactured by Hewlett-Packard (HP), capable of running the version(s) of Linux that CLAS Linux Group currently supports.
• Networked printers manufactured by Hewlett-Packard.

There are too many combinations of internal hardware and peripherals for CLAS Linux Group to support every combination or to list the currently supported configurations. The CLAS Linux Group staff will work hard to support mainstream combinations of network, video, and audio hardware.
